I was wandering around with a group of people in some sort of maze/building with lots of doors. Through each door there was a different 'world' completely discontinuous from anything else in the building. One of the doors led to a world flooded with about 4 feet of water. There were a bunch of wooden beams and things built out of wood in the water. We needed to pass through a gate in the fence but the wood was rotten and broke when I tried to get through.
Anytime we transitioned from one world to the next I never dreamed of a way out. We just ended up back in front of another door.
Four other girls and I were the only ones left in the group. We were all newly pregnant. We continued to explore different worlds through the mysterious doors. As we continued our bellies were showing the pregnancies more and more. At the point when I was just starting to show one of the other girls told me that I would be able to feel the baby. I touched my stomach and could feel a small baby shaped protrusion under the skin.
Two girls eventually miscarried. The fetuses had been cleaned and were displayed on trays, they looked like giant mouse fetuses. Later in the dream I was aware that I had also miscarried by willing myself to do so. I didn't actually see it happen, I just knew. The other two girls were significantly showing near the end of the dream.
One of the doors we went through brought us into a house fill with Caribbean men obsessed with candy. Though there was candy in the house a few of the guys were sent out to find candy. We took it as an omen that it was time to get out since something bad was going to happen. The last door we went through took us into a sort of Elk's Club for pregnant women.
Was it THE Elk's club? Because I just pictured a pregnant Tommy, and that was pretty terribly funny.
